New Patients
At 818 dental new patients are always welcome.
One of the biggest problems we have is that we fix our patients teeth properly so that over time most end up needing less dental repair work.
For the last 20 years we have relied almost exclusively on word of mouth referrals. (pardon the pun) Over these years one of our greatest joys is watching whole families grow up and even return with their families!
The generous referrals from our existing patients endorsing what we do is our best reward for looking after people well. We really enjoy creating a great new patient experience.
This starts with a warm greeting followed by a digital check in via iPad or if you prefer new patient records can be completed online before you attend.
In the treatment rooms we take digital images of your teeth and necessary rays. This allows us to create customised treatment and addresses all of your concerns you have raised at this appointment.
It is a great time to get to know each other. You can ask us as many questions as you wish and get a feel for what 818 dental and the team can do for you & your teeth.
